Let's all welcome the newest addition to the Barbie neighborhood:

BellePancha

She was previously known as Rosemary...but Nina bestowed upon her a more excellent name:  BellePancha. I just can't help but laugh.  What a great name.

At breakfast, I asked Nina to help get the cereal box out for Miri.  She informed me that she could not because she only has two hands and one of them was holding a spoon. Ooookay? Then put the spoon down and help your sister! She eventually did put the spoon down and help.   She's such a good big sister and Mommy's biggest helper!  It's amazing how helpful a three year old can be :)

Meltdown of the week: I gave Nina saltine crackers with peanut butter on top.  She somehow managed to get peanut butter goop all over one of her fingers. AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!   Nooo!  Not peanut butter on your finger!!!!   Oh no!!!  (The drama from these girls is just ridiculous sometimes.)

The girls have been waking up at 2am every morning, wide-eyed and ready to play!  We've tried putting them to bed later, but nope, they still wake up at 2am.  They sneak out of their room and play with their barbies under the bathroom sink.  I have no idea how long this goes on before the giggles get loud enough to wake me up.  I then pour rain on their parade and drag them back into their beds, crying as if I was the meanest mom in the world!  How dare you Mom!  Last night they both jumped into our bed at 2am wanting to sleep with us.  Too tired to care, we both said, sure.  I ended up squished between the two wiggly girls.  They were quiet, but they couldn't lie still for about 45minutes!  I finally came to my senses and said enough is enough!  I pulled them out of the bed and put them back in their room, crying of course as if I was soooo mean.  :(
